Our SUP PUP morning yoga classes start with a 20 minute paddle to Victoria park. From there we will begin with breath work to cultivate internal awareness; then build from the board up incorporating core work, total body stretching, vinyasa style flow and balance. You are guaranteed to leave feeling calm, refreshed, and energized. Classes last approximately 1.5 hours
SUP PUP's passion is to share the incomparable feeling of floating on the water, while having fun with friends and hanging out with the most handsome pup in town, Mr. Beaches!

Had so much fun paddling around the canal with Natasha and Mr. Beaches. Mr. Beaches is such a cutie and so well behaved. We picked the 3:00PM slot which was perfect timing as it wasn't too hot out and we got in a great workout paddling around. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Ft. Lauderdale area for a fun afternoon!
Perfect family SUP Tour! Natasha and her two assistants to accompanied our family of 5 around the canals of Ft. Lauderdale. Water was calm and perfect for experienced and novice paddlers in our group. Fun views of homes and boats along the way. The morning tour was a perfect way to start our day!
SO MUCH FUN! I have never done this before and Natasha and Mr. Beaches were excellent teachers that had me standing and paddling (with even a little bit of wine in my system!). Never fell in and was treated to sharing energy with a wonderful soul in the meantime. I’d do it again just to hang out with her and enjoy a beautiful route!
