Our SUP PUP Yoga classes start by cultivating internal awareness then build from the board up incorporating core work, total body stretching, vinyasa style flow and of course – balance! Lucia’s calming voice will lead you to a heavenly Savasana, after which you are guaranteed to paddle back to base feeling calm, refreshed, and energized. Classes are approximately 1.25 hours long.
